The Route to Market Marketing Lead plays a pivotal role in defining and executing the marketing strategy that enables Pluxee’s products and solutions to effectively reach and engage target customers through the right channels, segments, and commercial touchpoints at country level.

This role is responsible for translating business and market priorities into impactful route-to-market strategies, go-to-market plans, channel activation initiatives, positioning, messaging, and commercial marketing programs that accelerate customer acquisition, product adoption, and business growth.

Working closely with local Sales, Marketing, Product, and global teams, the Route to Market Marketing Manager ensures that Pluxee’s value proposition is effectively adapted to local market dynamics and customer needs, while maximizing the performance of each route to market across the B2B2C ecosystem.

The role combines strategic thinking, market and customer insights, commercial acumen, and strong execution capabilities to ensure that marketing initiatives are closely aligned with business objectives and generate measurable impact.

While the role does not have direct people management responsibility, it provides strong transversal leadership, influencing and mobilizing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment, collaboration, and execution across the organization.

🚀 What you'll be doing:

1. Product Strategy Support & Local Adaptation

• Collaborate with the Product Marketing Director to adapt the product strategy for the local market based on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Provide input to global product and marketing teams by synthesizing usage data, market trends, and customer feedback.

2. Product Lifecycle & Launch Management

• Support local product launch planning and execution, from pre-launch readiness to post-launch analysis.
• Ensure product marketing activities align with the product lifecycle stage and business priorities.

3. Go-to-Market Execution

• Build and implement country-specific go-to-market plans for product and feature launches.
• Coordinate messaging, sales enablement, and activation initiatives with cross-functional teams to drive successful product rollout and adoption.

4. Brand Positioning & Content Development

• Adapt and localize product positioning and messaging to resonate with local buyers and users while maintaining brand consistency.
• Partner with local marketing teams to create customer-facing content, including brochures, landing pages, sales decks, and other marketing assets.

5. Customer & Market Insight

• Conduct and synthesize market research and competitor analysis to inform product marketing decisions.
• Analyze user feedback and usage data to understand adoption, identify pain points, and recommend improvements to product-market fit.

6. Performance Monitoring & Optimization

• Track product performance KPIs, marketing effectiveness, adoption metrics, and campaign ROI.
• Work with analytics teams to extract actionable insights and continuously improve marketing outcomes and product fit.

🌟 You’re a match

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with experience in B2B and/or B2C environments, experience in growth marketing and/or trade marketing is highly valued.
• Experience working closely with commercial and sales teams, supporting commercial campaigns, customer acquisition, and business growth initiatives.
• Strongly data-driven mindset, with proven experience using KPIs such as lead conversion, MQLs, customer/product adoption, business volume, and product mix to measure performance and optimize results.
• Experience working in a multinational organization is a plus, but not required.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and mobilize cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Proven experience training, coaching, and supporting commercial teams from a marketing perspective, including the development and execution of commercial campaigns.
• Experience accompanying commercial teams in customer meetings to gather market, customer, and marketing insights and translate them into actionable initiatives.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate data and customer insights into compelling commercial actions.
• Ideally, experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365. Basic knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory (full fluency)
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lima
