Jefe de Frente (Jefe de Pique) – Producción
Objetivo del cargo
- Liderar la ejecución de un frente de trabajo (pique o túnel), asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, calidad, seguridad y costos, optimizando recursos y garantizando una operación eficiente en obra.
¿Qué harás en este rol?
- Planificar, dirigir y controlar las actividades del frente asignado.
- Supervisar la ejecución en terreno, asegurando cumplimiento técnico y constructivo.
- Coordinar cuadrillas, equipos, materiales y subcontratos.
- Controlar avances, productividad y cumplimiento de la planificación.
- Gestionar riesgos operativos y geotécnicos propios de obras subterráneas.
- Coordinar con áreas clave: Oficina Técnica, Topografía, Calidad y SST.
- Mantener relación directa con ITO, cliente y stakeholders.
- Reportar avances y resultados con respaldo técnico y trazabilidad.
Responsabilidades clave
- Cumplir hitos de avance y la curva de producción del proyecto.
- Asegurar altos estándares de seguridad en túneles y piques.
- Garantizar calidad constructiva y cumplimiento normativo.
- Optimizar recursos y controlar costos del frente.
- Gestionar contingencias técnicas y operativas.
- Mantener documentación y reportes actualizados.
Lo que buscamos
Formación:
- Ingeniero Civil o Constructor Civil.
Experiencia:
- Mínimo 8 años en obras civiles.
- Al menos 6 años en túneles en suelo o experiencia equivalente (≈1000 m ejecutados).
- Experiencia liderando frentes en obras subterráneas complejas.
Conocimientos:
- Procesos constructivos en túneles y piques.
- Geotecnia aplicada y control de riesgos.
- Planificación, control de avances y productividad.
- Lectura de planos y especificaciones técnicas.
- Manejo de Excel y sistemas de control de obra (ERP).
Deseable:
- BIM, MS Project o Primavera.
- Certificaciones en seguridad y obras subterráneas.
Competencias clave
