Buscamos un perfil analítico, estratégico y orientado a resultados, responsable de impulsar el correcto funcionamiento, evolución y mejora continua de los sistemas del área de Recursos Humanos y Nómina. Esta posición será clave para traducir las necesidades del negocio en soluciones tecnológicas eficientes, contribuyendo a la optimización de procesos y al fortalecimiento de la operación.
Dentro de sus principales responsabilidades se encuentra el análisis de requerimientos, el desarrollo o mejora de soluciones existentes y la evaluación de alternativas tecnológicas alineadas a las necesidades del área. Asimismo, participará en la definición de especificaciones funcionales, validación de soluciones, coordinación de pruebas con usuarios y aseguramiento de una implementación efectiva y documentada.
También será responsable de colaborar en la definición de lineamientos operativos, perfiles de acceso, documentación técnica y funcional, así como en la planeación de mantenimientos, actualizaciones y nuevas versiones de software, garantizando entregables completos, validados y alineados con los estándares internos de calidad y seguridad.
Perfil requerido:
Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o carrera afín.
Experiencia previa:
4 años en análisis, desarrollo o soporte de sistemas.
Conocimientos técnicos y funcionales:
Análisis de sistemas operativos, programación ABAP, SAP HR y SAP Nómina.
Competencias clave:
Gestión del cambio, toma de decisiones, orientación a resultados, pensamiento estratégico y trabajo en equipo.
Idioma:
Inglés intermedio.
