The Business Analyst (ERP) is a functional expert responsible for leading specific business domains within the enterprise ERP ecosystem (e.g., Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory). This role partners closely with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives and operational needs into scalable ERP capabilities that drive efficiency, compliance, and measurable business outcomes.
This position is forward-looking and value-driven, focused on evolving ERP capabilities while serving as a trusted partner in navigating business challenges. As needed, the role also provides day-to-day operational support to ensure continuity and stability of critical business processes.

This position is not responsible for leading others. The Business Analyst provides functional oversight and coordination for ERP-focused application resources, including Managed Service Providers.

WORK LOCATION
This is a hybrid position (3 days in-office / 2 days remote) located at our Pleasant View corporate office in Plymouth, WI. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Occasional travel is required to meet the needs of the business (up to 25%). A valid driver’s license is required.
