THE PRODUCT(S) YOU WILL WORK ON / THE TEAM YOU WILL WORK WITH

The discussion about the Product/Team will take place as part of the People Engagement Process and throughout the Onboarding phase.

The Product you will work on is Regional JDE – Rest Of Europe, the JDEdwards E1 ERP system serving multiple markets, in particular Poland, Romania, Italy and Eastern Europe Operations (Latvia), as well as onboarding core IDE solutions catalog (called Cumulus Toolkits). Your role will be Regional JDE Product Owner (most of Finance, Sales, Distribution and Manufacturing macroprocesses) driving the Squad made of internal and external resources

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU

The responsibilities involve leading and managing an Agile Squad, overseeing the development of the product roadmap, managing backlog, updating priorities through captured local needs & feedbacks, ensuring the delivery of Business Value. You are the voice of the stakeholders.

Responsibilities ( depending on the squad)

  • Demand Management: Gather new demands to be integrated into the backlogs and translate them into Features and User stories.

  • Backlog Management: Prioritize Product backlog and manage risks and interdependencies with other squads. Steer and drive squad delivery, facilitate day-to-day interactions within the squad.

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Contribute to product vision definition. Lead the Product Build by defining and analyzing the Features/user stories and managing the agile squad delivery. Collect and consolidate Product value based on Proximity Team and GBPO’s inputs. Drive system demo activities and roll-out plan in collaboration with the Business Process Owners and the Proximity teams. Track product performance and value realization upon defined KPI’s.

  • Product Catalog Management: Ensure latest version and consistency between the product & service catalog and the overall product portfolio and communicate on changes & updates.

  • Incident Management: Lead L2/L3 incidents investigation, diagnosis and resolution.

  • Resource Management: Estimate resource forecasts, adjust roadmap and prioritization based on resource availability and report on actual resource utilization.

  • ITFM: Provide Product roadmap and backlog, squad’s resource needs forecast. Oversee overall funding of my scope, perform variance analysis and provide justification. Track Product’s ROI and costs.

YOUR TEAM

Reporting Line (direct/indirect): Report to Product Manager n+1, ERP & Apps Director n+2 (on value estimation & team backlog and to align on key directives)

Key internal stakeholders: Resources Lead (to align on resource allocation to the squads), Tech Success Director (to consolidate and share business demands and provide latest updates and news about products), Product Support Leads, Service Management (to jointly work on incident management & resolution), Squad members (to animate & steer daily work), Product Teams (to align on interdependencies), Key users (to catch feedback during demo)

Key external stakeholders: Who are the external stakeholders (clients / suppliers) on this position + Describe the frequency and the nature of the exchanges (presentation, negotiation, influence, reporting, etc.)
