JD Edwards (JDE) Techno-Functional Consultant – AP/PO & Orchestrator Integration

Location: Onsite / Hybrid (United States)

Employment Type: Contract (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Compensation: $70–$80 per hour (Based on experience)

As we continue to expand our JD Edwards practice, we are seeking an experienced JD Edwards Techno-Functional Consultant to support client implementation, integration, and managed services projects throughout the United States.

We are looking for a seasoned JD Edwards (JDE) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Procurement/Purchase Order (PO) modules. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of functional consulting experience and technical development skills, including hands-on experience with JD Edwards Orchestrator, AIS Server, and REST API integrations

This is a client-facing consulting role supporting implementation projects, application enhancements, cloud migration initiatives, integrations, production support, and managed services engagements for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional consulting for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne AP and Procurement/PO modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Orchestrations, Service Requests, Rules, Notifications, and integrations using JD Edwards Orchestrator.
• Develop and maintain REST API integrations between JD Edwards and third-party applications.
• Configure and support Accounts Payable, Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Management, Invoice Processing, and Approval workflows.
• Develop and maintain JD Edwards objects, including UBEs, Business Functions (BSFNs), User Defined Objects (UDOs), and related EnterpriseOne components.
• Participate in implementations, upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployments, and production support.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and performance issues while ensuring system reliability.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation following project and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, developers, business users, and client stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne consulting experience.
• Strong techno-functional expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Procurement/Purchase Order (PO)
• Hands-on experience with JD Edwards Orchestrator, AIS Server, and REST API development.
• Strong knowledge of EnterpriseOne architecture, JDE table structures, UBEs, Business Functions (BSFNs), User Defined Objects (UDOs), and interoperability.
• Experience supporting implementation, integration, and production environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing consulting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites within the United States as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with JDE Security, Workflow, E1 Pages, UX One, and CafeOne.
• Experience integrating JD Edwards with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
• Experience with AP Automation, supplier portals, EDI, OCR, or AI-enabled business process automation.
• Experience supporting JD Edwards upgrades, Tools Releases, cloud migrations, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification or experience is a plus.
