1. 永續資訊揭露：參與永續報告書的編制，確保符合國際與台灣標準，並通過第三方查證，確保資訊品質與公信力。
2. 國際永續評比精進： 參與國際重要投資人評比，如 S&P CSA、EcoVadis等國際評比。期待具備部分評比經驗，並轉化洞察為優化行動。
3. ESG 獎項： 分工負責國內外 ESG 獎項（如天下永續公民獎、TCSA 等）的規劃與執行，爭取外部榮譽。
4. 利害關係人永續溝通： 優化 ESG 官網及內外部溝通素材，確保資訊傳遞具備即時性、透明度與品牌一致性。

1. 專案統籌： 具備專案管理思維，推動跨部門合作。
2. 溝通協調：善於跨團隊引導，能化解溝通阻力，成為解決問題的推手。
3. 實務經驗：資深專員需具備 2 年以上企業端永續實務經驗；專案經理為 5 年以上實務與統籌經驗。
4. 專業知識：熟悉 GRI準則；若具備 SASB、TCFD、TCNFD 、IFRS S1, S2相關知識者尤佳。
5. 外語能力：英文多益600以上
