Job Description

A discrete and professional family in Miami is seeking an experienced and exceptionally detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join their private household team. The family currently resides in an 11,000 square foot residence and will be transitioning to a 20,000 square foot estate within the next two years, making this an exciting long-term opportunity for a dedicated professional. This position is part of an established housekeeping team and calls for someone who brings both precision and leadership to their work. This household operates at the highest standard of care, and the ideal candidate will bring a perfectionist mindset, deep familiarity with luxury estate environments, and the ability to execute detailed cleaning protocols with consistency and discretion. The family values a quiet, efficient, and professional presence and expects all household spaces to be maintained to an impeccable standard at all times. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday from 1pm to 8pm and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm, with flexibility required for occasional evenings or weekends when the family entertains or travels.

Responsibilities

      • Maintain all interior spaces to the highest standard of cleanliness and organization, with zero tolerance for dust, smudges, fingerprints, or clutter      • Execute detailed daily cleaning routines and scheduled deep cleans according to established household protocols      • Provide expert care for luxury surfaces including marble, specialty woods, designer finishes, and high-end appliances      • Manage all laundry and wardrobe care including handwashing, delicate fabrics, expert ironing, steaming, and stain treatment with precision and consistency      • Maintain bedding and linens to hotel-level standards      • Organize and maintain closets, pantries, drawers, bathrooms, and storage areas to exact household specifications      • Track and restock household inventory proactively to ensure zero shortages      • Identify and report maintenance or repair needs promptly      • Operate with discretion, professionalism, and a quiet, non-intrusive presence at all times      • Respect and uphold the family’s privacy in all circumstances

Qualifications

      • Minimum of 7 years of experience in ultra-high-end private households, luxury estates, or formal service environments      • Demonstrated experience working with families of high standards and formal expectations      • Exceptional laundry skills including care for delicate and high-value garments and linens      • Strong organizational abilities with a detail-oriented and methodical approach      • Proven ability to self-direct, manage time efficiently, and follow exact instructions without ongoing supervision      • Comfortable receiving detailed feedback and maintaining consistency in high-expectation environments      • Comfortable working in a home with children and pets

Requirements

      • Minimum of 7 years of private household experience in luxury or estate settings      • Valid US work authorization      • Fluency in English or Spanish      • Absolute discretion, trustworthiness, and professionalism      • Strong verifiable references from comparable household positions

Salary and Benefits

      • $80,000 to $95,000 annually, depending on experience      • Opportunity to grow with the family as they transition to a larger estate      • Potential for twice annual bonus based on performance
