Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing Leadership
Lead, manage, and motivate sales/marketing team members and appointed real estate agents.
Provide training and project briefings to sales staff and agents.
Manage day-to-day sales and marketing team activities.
Maintain accurate, well-organized sales and marketing records.
Targets & Reporting
Prepare annual sales and/or marketing targets.
Meet annual, monthly, and weekly targets for bookings, sales conversion, and brand/campaign KPIs.
Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports for management.
Prepare the annual business plan for assigned project(s).
Sales Events & Marketing Activities
Plan, create, and execute sales events and activities to drive bookings.
Build public awareness through digital marketing, advertising, PR, and other channels.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns and collateral for project launches.
Agency & Vendor Sourcing
Source and engage high-performing real estate agencies.
Source and engage reliable service providers, media/advertising vendors, and event organisers.
Compare vendors/service providers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Pricing & Product Strategy
Prepare price lists and proposals for projects.
Gather market survey data to guide pricing decisions.
Stay sensitive to market sentiment and trends to keep pricing competitive.
Explore new channels to reach target buyers.
Apply creativity in product packaging and positioning to attract buyers.
Planning & Coordination
Propose launch schedules to management.
Manage the sales gallery/showroom and coordinate maintenance with other departments.
Undertake other sales and marketing assignments as required.
Qualifications by Position
Education (all positions):
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Property Management, Real Estate Management, or equivalent.
Experience:

Sales Manager
– 5–8 years in property sales, high-end / high-rise residential.

Senior Marketing Manager
– 8–10 years in property marketing, high-end township / high-rise residential.
-
Senior Sales & Marketing Manager
– 10+ years in sales & marketing, industrial property.
Core Competencies (all positions)
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Working knowledge of property rules, regulations, and guidelines.
For Senior roles: proven track record leading a full project launch from planning to sell-out.
