We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Lead technical design and set future-state architecture to deliver clear business outcomes across Pods.
• Drive transformation and innovation, shaping the technical roadmap and modern engineering practices.
• Own end-to-end solution delivery: design, build, maintain, and support as part of a strategic IT initiative team.
• Champion performance improvement and resilience across the platform and services.
• Implement full DevOps automation (CI/CD, testing, deployment, monitoring, and operational procedures).
• Review team deliverables, enforcing engineering standards and assuring product quality.
• Follow defined quality processes and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot defects and production issues, delivering sustainable root-cause fixes and preventing recurrence.
• Partner with global, cross-functional teams from requirements through production rollout to land strategic solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Strong hands-on engineering in Core Java/Java 8 with Spring Boot (primary), microservices, and unit testing using JUnit.
• Proven experience with DevOps toolchain and code quality/observability: Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, SonarQube, Checkmarx, Splunk, and AppDynamics.
• Strong analytical capability with structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Practical experience troubleshooting applications deployed on industry-standard application platforms/servers.
• Solid delivery experience in Agile and DevOps ways of working.
• End-to-end module/project leadership experience covering estimation, planning, execution, and delivery management.
• Strong collaboration skills, including building high-performing technical teams, plus clear written/verbal communication across global teams (with working knowledge of Jira and Confluence).
• Stakeholder management with banking domain exposure and awareness of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP
