What You'll do:
- Lead the technical development of high-quality software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable applications
- Support the team through code reviews, mentoring, and sharing best practices
- Take ownership of features and ensure alignment with project timelines and goals
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of processes
- Work in a hybrid model based in Lisbo
What You Are:
- A strong developer with the ability to technically lead and support team delivery
- Experienced in Object-Oriented Programming, particularly with Java
- Knowledgeable in software development best practices and the full software development lifecycle
- A clear and effective communicator, comfortable in collaborative environments
- Proficient in English (minimum level: B2/C1)
