Seeking Experienced Java Support Professionals for an Exciting Project – Remote in Mexico

We are looking for skilled Java Support professionals with 5–7 years of experience to join a dynamic team within a leading organization. This role focuses on production and application support, incident management, release support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis, ensuring the stability and continuity of critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Production Support for Java applications.
• Perform Application Support and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Manage incidents and provide timely resolutions.
• Support application releases and deployment activities.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues.
• Work with SQL, UNIX, and Linux environments.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure application stability and continuous support.

Technical Skills Required:

With 5–7 years of experience in Java Support, you must be proficient in the following technical skills:

• Production Support

Location & Schedule:

• Remote work in Mexico.
• Preferred locations include Monterrey, Saltillo, CDMX, and Guadalajara.
• Work hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.
• Advanced English skills are mandatory.
