Location and Work Mode: Warsaw - client office, Hybrid 1-3 days from client office.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production application support for large-scale enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and system stability.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve production incidents within agreed service levels.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution across Java-based applications.
• Support and maintain applications running on Unix/Linux environments.
• Execute SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and issue investigation.
• Monitor application performance, JVM health, and server resources to proactively identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve complex production problems.
• Support ITSM processes, including incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Participate in application deployments, release support, and post-implementation monitoring.
• Maintain operational documentation and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives

Key Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Application Production Support or Application Maintenance roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java applications and a solid understanding of application architecture.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
• Good knowledge of JVM concepts, application logs, and Java troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong experience with SQL for data analysis and issue investigation.
• Hands-on experience working in Unix/Linux environments, including server-level troubleshooting.
• Experience managing and supporting applications hosted on large-scale server environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Understanding of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production support environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with monitoring, alerting, and ticketing tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of production support best practices, operational governance, and service delivery processes.
