Job Description

Your Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Solution Architect with 10–15 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in back-end development using Java technologies. Exposure to treasury and capital markets will be considered a significant advantage.

Your Profile

  • Own end-to-end architecture for backend systems, designing scalable, resilient, cloud-ready microservices and API-driven solutions using Java Spring Boot.
  • Define API standards, integration patterns, versioning, security frameworks, and best practices for enterprise applications.
  • Design and optimize data models, persistence strategies, and database performance using Oracle and Azure SQL.
  • Act as the technical leader and key decision-maker, providing architectural guidance, solving complex issues, and driving technology adoption.
  • Lead, mentor, and review development teams while enforcing coding standards, SOLID principles, clean architecture, and design patterns.
  • Deliver hands-on development for critical components, REST APIs, performance optimization, and support Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
  • Architect and support Azure-hosted applications leveraging services such as App Services, AKS, Azure SQL, Key Vault, and monitoring tools.
  • Bring expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Azure Cloud, API Security, DevOps, GenAI/Agentic AI, with strong stakeholder management and solution architecture experience.
