Responsibilities:
•Deliver comprehensive technical support for systems and applications.
•Assist in the design and implementation of system enhancements.
•Gather, analyze, and document user requirements and issues.
•Assume full ownership of raised issues through to resolution, coordinating with appropriate development teams.
•Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of known defects, issues, processes, and solutions.
•Accurately update and manage problem tickets.
•Conduct application testing, support client testing activities, and compile results.
•Prepare and manage client communications, internal reports, and required documentation.
•Execute database queries to investigate and resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
•Proven analytical, research, and evaluation skills with a structured problem-solving approach.
•Proficiency in HTML, Java, and SQL. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
•Experience with black-box testing methodologies.
•Proficient in the Spring Framework.
