The team is distributed across the Netherlands and India and consists of design engineers, software engineers and test engineers who work closely together to deliver high-quality software.

We embrace an agile mindset. Everyone contributes throughout the entire development lifecycle, from refining requirements and designing solutions to developing, testing and delivering production-ready software.

The Voluntary Choices team develops and maintains business-critical functionality in three main areas:

We continuously invest in modern engineering practices. As part of your daily work, you'll use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and OpenAI Codex to support software design, implementation, refactoring and code reviews. These tools are embedded in our development workflow and help us improve productivity while maintaining high standards for code quality, maintainability and security.

As part of our engineering community, you'll have plenty of opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues, exchange knowledge and continue developing your technical skills.
