Responsibilities:

1. Full Stack Development: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end software solutions using Java for the backend and React for front-end development.
2. Backend Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Java and related technologies to design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs.
3. Front-end Development: Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React and related technologies, ensuring an engaging and intuitive user experience.
4. Database Management: Design and optimize database structures and queries, leveraging your expertise in database technologies such as SQL or NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
5. RESTful APIs: Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend components, following best practices for API design.
6. DevOps Integration: Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring of applications.
7. Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in both frontend and backend components. Optimize code and database queries to ensure optimal application performance.
8. Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices in both frontend and backend components, including authentication, authorization, data encryption, and compliance with industry standards.
9. Team Collaboration: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Collaborate effectively with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to drive technical excellence and innovation.
10. Problem-Solving: Analyze complex technical challenges, propose innovative solutions, and implement strategies to overcome obstacles and deliver high-quality software on schedule.
11. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and coding standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on Java and React.
3. Proficiency in Java and Java EE technologies, including Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, etc.).
4. Extensive experience in front-end development using React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
5. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
6. Solid knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
7. Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
8. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
