Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team at Wipro Technologies. This role offers a unique opportunity to design, develop, and maintain innovative full-stack web applications that power digital transformation initiatives for our diverse range of clients. As a vital contributor, you will leverage your expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks such as Angular or ReactJS to build robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key responsibilities include developing RESTful APIs, implementing microservices architectures, crafting responsive user interfaces, and collaborating closely with product owners and architects to translate business requirements into high-quality software offerings. Primary Responsibilities

• Gather business and technical requirements by facilitating workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to gain deep insight into business processes and goals.
• Execute end-to-end coding and configuration tasks for assigned modules, ensuring seamless integration within complex system components.
• Develop and maintain test plans; conduct thorough unit, integration, and system testing to guarantee comprehensive coverage and functionality alignment.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) alongside clients to validate system readiness and functionality.
• Contribute to software deployment and integration activities, ensuring smooth transitioning of applications into production environments.
• Maintain thorough and structured project documentation, including technical specifications, workflow diagrams, and well-commented codebases.
• Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to address dependencies, align on project deliverables, and ensure adherence to quality and performance standards.

Technical Expertise and Skills

• 5-10 years of proven hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot framework.
• In-depth knowledge of Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate for robust backend development and persistence management.
• Strong proficiency with frontend technologies including Angular (version 8 or above) and ReactJS, with a focus on building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Bootstrap for advanced UI development.
• Experience in architecting and implementing microservices-based solutions leveraging RESTful APIs.
• Advanced SQL skills with working experience on databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Competent in version control and collaboration tools like Git, ensuring efficient code management and team coordination.
• Familiarity with design patterns, object-oriented programming principles, and data structures to produce high-quality, maintainable code.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in Agile/Scrum methodologies promoting iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Exposure to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing frameworks to streamline release management.
