We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Architect / Senior Engineer with deep expertise in Java, backend technologies, and modern frontend frameworks (React), along with hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered development tools such as Amazon Q and KIRO. The ideal candidate will bring strong capabilities in system design and architecture, combined with the ability to contribute across the stack and drive AI-led innovation in enterprise application development. Key Responsibilities Design and develop end-to-end scalable applications, covering both backend (Java) and frontend (React) layers Architect robust, scalable, and secure system designs for enterprise applications Build and maintain modern UI applications using React or similar frameworks Leverage AI-powered tools (Amazon Q, KIRO, etc.) to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enable intelligent automation Drive AI adoption in the development lifecycle, including code generation, testing, and developer productivity enhancements Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions Lead architecture discussions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and best practices Optimize application performance across both frontend and backend layers Mentor engineers and enforce clean coding practices, design patterns, and architectural principles Backend & System Design Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot, microservices architecture) Hands-on experience designing distributed systems and scalable architectures Deep understanding of API design, caching strategies, messaging systems, and system integrations Frontend Development Solid experience with React.js (or similar modern frameworks like Angular/Vue) Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript Experience building responsive, high-performance user interfaces Familiarity with state management, component design, and frontend optimization techniques AI & Modern Development Tooling Experience using Amazon Q, KIRO, or similar AI-assisted development platforms Ability to integrate AI into SDLC (code generation, automated testing, developer productivity) Strong understanding of how AI can enhance enterprise software engineering Cloud & DevOps
