As a Java Full Stack - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others, and navigating increasingly complex situations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas. Responsibilities

• Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
• Designing, coding, and testing applications using Java and other programming languages to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to improve software quality
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software projects
• Implementing enterprise application architecture and integration to support scalable and efficient software systems
• Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software integrity
• Debugging and troubleshooting issues to validate seamless application functionality
• Managing software project planning and execution to meet client expectations and timelines
• Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs to deliver tailored software solutions
• Navigating complex situations and embracing change to foster personal growth and technical skills development

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Core Java (Java 11+) and OOP principles

Spring Boot / Spring MVC / Spring Data JPA

RESTful API design and development
