Job Description

Software Application Engineer (Full-Stack Java), 3-5 years of experience, for the team developing network intelligence and management software for the telecommunications industry.This role combines backend development in Java (Spring Boot) with frontend work in AngularYou will contribute across the entire development lifecycle, building a modern, scalable system, with performance in mind. What youll do:

• Develop and maintain full-stack features using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions with the team.
• Provide effort estimates for new features and technical tasks.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
• Take part in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile delivery.
• Contribute to and improve our CI/CD workflows (build, test, deploy).

What we're looking for:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong knowledge of Java (11+) and Spring Boot (Core, MVC, Security)
• Good knowledge of Angular (components, services, reactive forms, RxJS)
• Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, and client-server architecture
• Familiarity with software architecture principles and design patterns
• Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Basic understanding of multithreading
• Comfortable using Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and common build tools
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on code quality
• Advanced level of written and spoken English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Elasticsearch or other NoSQL technologies
• Familiarity with Kafka
• Exposure to performance tuning or scalability techniques
• Understanding of networking concepts (e.g., Ethernet, TCP/IP basics)
