Job Description

Responsibilities Software Maintenance & Support Provide L1, L2, and L3 technical support for production systems, ensuring timely response and resolution of issues. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application defects and incidents across backend and mobile platforms. Perform root-cause analysis (RCA), implement preventive measures, and document resolutions. Monitor application performance, logs, crashes, and service availability. Work closely with operations and support teams for issue triage, prioritization, and communication. Backend Development (Java) Maintain, optimize, and enhance backend services built using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot). Design, extend, and consume RESTful APIs for mobile and integration layers. Work with relational and NoSQL databases to support platform functionality. Ensure backend components are robust, scalable, and secure. Mobile Development (Android/iOS) Maintain and improve Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) applications. Fix defects, handle crashes, and optimize performance for mobile platforms. Ensure mobile apps remain compatible with OS updates, device changes, and API modifications. Implement incremental UI/UX improvements based on business or user feedback. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with product owners, QA, architects, and support teams to translate requirements into stable solutions. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and release planning. Provide technical input for enhancements, platform modernization, and system improvements.
