Java Full Stack Developer (Contract for 6 months - Renew)

Job Purpose
Java Developer with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Java Developer, this role will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions and contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from design to deployment. 

Key Accountabilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and services.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of new features.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Design and implement reusable and modular code to enhance software performance.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and coding best practices.
• Write and maintain technical documentation for software applications.
• Monitor application performance and conduct necessary optimizations.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Qualification Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Java Developer, with proficiency in Java and
  
  Java-based frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Experience with web services (RESTful APIs, SOAP), microservices, and cloud technologies is a plus
• Familiarity with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and SQL
• Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and related tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on system reliability and performance.
• Proactive and willing to understand IT standards and procedures
