We’re looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong DevOps experience to join our Observability Team in Omaha, NE. In this onsite role, you will be responsible for codebase and UI maintenance, supporting observability-focused solutions, and helping drive high-quality, reliable application performance across the environment.

You’ll bring deep expertise in Core Java/J2EE, Angular, Spring Boot, and REST APIs, along with knowledge of GitHub workflow, monitoring assets, and observability tools. What you will do in this role

  • Support the Observability Team with application development, enhancement, and maintenance activities
  • Maintain and improve the existing codebase to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
  • Perform UI maintenance and development using Angular to deliver intuitive and effective user experiences
  • Build, enhance, and support backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
  • Work closely with DevOps and engineering teams to support deployment workflows and operational readiness
  • Use observability and monitoring tools to assess system health, troubleshoot issues, and improve visibility across applications
  • Manage and contribute to GitHub-based workflows, including branching, pull requests, and version control best practices
  • Review code to drive high-quality deliverables and promote engineering excellence
  • Create and maintain monitoring assets that support proactive issue detection and operational efficiency
  • Troubleshoot production and non-production issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver features and enhancements effectively
  • Contribute to a culture focused on zero defects, operational stability, and continuous improvement

  • Have strong experience as a Java Full Stack Developer
  • Bring very strong Core Java / J2EE fundamentals
  • Have hands-on experience with Angular UI development
  • Are proficient in Spring Boot and REST API development
  • Have DevOps experience and understand modern development and deployment workflows
  • Possess knowledge of observability tools and monitoring assets
  • Have experience working with GitHub workflow and source control best practices
  • Demonstrate strong scripting skills
  • Bring excellent analytical skills and proven problem-solving ability
  • Are capable of conducting code reviews to improve quality and maintainability
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Are comfortable working in an onsite environment in Omaha, Nebraska
  • Bring a quality-first mindset with a track record of delivering projects accurately and with minimal production defects

It will be a plus if you:

  • Have experience with Open Telemetry
  • Have working knowledge of Oracle
  • Are comfortable working in Linux environments
  • Have experience with integration testing
  • Bring knowledge of TSDB
  • Have experience with Neo4j
  • Have worked with messaging services such as Kafka
  • Have exposure to web services
  • Understand Agile development methodologies

The base salary range for this position is $92.250-$ 99.000 USD, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
