
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in design reviews to ensure that implementations are consistent with design specifications and user expectations.
Implement and advocate for accessibility best practices in all software deliverables to ensure inclusivity across all user demographics.
Facilitate and refine our CI/CD processes to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
Proactively monitor and address issues related to the usability, performance, and
scalability of the front-end applications.
Strong understanding of design principles, web standards, and best practices for creating interactive and responsive application front-ends.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices to ensure compliance and
functionality across all user interfaces.
Proficiency in using version control systems like Git, and familiarity with continuous
integration and deployment environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to
high-quality, reusable code.
Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional
teams and explaining technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
