• Delivering 30+ digital transformation workshops for global and local leadership boards like Coty, LOreal, Unilever Prestige

• Executing comprehensive client-telling roadmaps, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty like Moncler, Margiela, Moschino, Christies. In the process ITC trained more than 2,000 Sales Associates

• Pioneering Salesforce projects for luxury brands in China, notably with LVMH and other fashion groups

• Contributing to significant eCommerce growth through bespoke website revamps for prominent clients for the top luxury and fashion brands in China and APAC

• Helping brands like Hublot, Omega, Fred drive sales in China through best-in-Class Mini Program

• Expanding The Hour Glass's presence across 9 APAC markets.

What You Will Get Out of This Position

The ITC development team is composed of developers from junior to senior, working with different strengths. In a dynamic, multi-project and multi-timeline environment, ITC needs someone with proven skills to liaison with our Squad Leader, Project Manager and team in order to constantly improve our team, our processes, and our delivery.

You will work side by side with some of the most influential minds in the digital world and approach the latest trends of advanced technologies. A great chance to practice in order to enhance your skills with solid processes & techniques.

Your goal by the end of the internship will be obtaining the mastery of Java, Salesforce and Salesforce on AliCLoud (SFoA), and other aspects of back-end development and be able to work as a team and as an individual to efficiently deliver best of class Digital projects to clients of Fortune 500.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce.

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of custom Salesforce solutions.

• Collaborate with senior developers to understand project requirements and implement solutions.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.

• Research and learn new Salesforce and AliCloud technologies and features to obtain certifications and apply to multiple projects

Requirements

Must have:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with Java or similar object-oriented programming languages.

• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A strong interest in pursuing a career in Salesforce development.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).

• Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
