The Agile Delivery Center Spain @ Capgemini is a specialized hub located in Murcia and Valencia, focused on delivering innovative software solutions using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe.

We are looking for Software Engineers with at least 2 years of experience (or more) in software development, fluent French, passionate about technology, and interested in being part of a high-tech talent ecosystem, in a multicultural environment, and in an active, dynamic, and open-minded culture (We will also consider profiles with fluent English)
As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing Java-based applications. You will work in a multidisciplinary and international environment with cutting-edge technologies, in Agile environments. You will collaborate in defining and refining software architecture and design patterns. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
In our teams, a Software Engineer applies scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems. He/she is responsible for researching and acquiring knowledge in their technical discipline. He/she collaborates and acts as a team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.
The Software Engineer builds skills and expertise in their discipline to reach standard software engineer expectations for the applicable role, as defined in our internal Professional Communities.
In case you are a Senior Software Engineer, you can also play a leading role in your team in technical matters.
