About This Job
We are The Gigabit Business Framework. A new way of serving our customers with completely re-designed processes to provide “Gigabit Connectivity”. We initiated a Digital Hub to foster new marketing and sales processes in order to win customers before rollout of the fibre infrastructure is carried out. This completely new business approach: allowing pre-sales activities, customer driven infrastructure rollout, real-time fulfillment in the case of connected homes and many more features are part of the product vision of so-called “Gigabit Business Framework”
All the responsibilities we will trust you with:
- Plan and prioritize your work, including collaborating with cross border teams
- You will collaborate in team with Developers, Program Managers, QA and Devops Engineers in an agile development environment
- Constantly learn and grow as an engineer
- Demonstrate a passion for customers and technology
All the achievements you are proud of:
- Good Java programming skill and experience with Spring Framework and Quarkus
- Knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns and Functional programming
- Writing JUnit tests for automatic test integrated in a pipeline and knowledges of Spring Test
- Building up / updating existing pipelines for deployments
- Maintain the applications on all environments, not only for test stages but also in production
- Experience with relational and non relational databases
- Technical expertise with following technologies: GitLab, pipelines, Docker container, maven, Kubernetes, communication via REST services
- Would be great if you have experience with Angular and Nginx
Additional Notes:
- Proactive in staying updated with emerging technologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Agile development experience preferred
