Job Title Full Stack Developer (Java, React & AI-Assisted Development)
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to drive the next generation of our digital platform through rapid application development and AI-assisted engineering practices. This role combines modern frontend development with scalable backend engineering, enabling the transformation of high-fidelity Figma designs into production-ready React applications while building secure, high-performance backend services using Java Spring Boot or Node.js. The ideal candidate will embrace AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.
Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, and Node.js.
Translate high-fidelity Figma UI and UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive React components that align with design specifications.
Design, develop, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services with a focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Build responsive and interactive frontend applications using React and integrate them seamlessly with backend services.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and similar platforms to automate repetitive coding tasks, generate boilerplate code, and accelerate software delivery.
Implement enterprise-grade application architecture while applying AI and Generative AI concepts, including agentic application patterns where appropriate.
Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Ensure application scalability, maintainability, security, and adherence to software engineering best practices.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Experience building modern frontend applications using React.js.
