This role involves working across the software development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements to building robust backend systems and ensuring seamless integration with other services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions while adhering to best coding practices and quality standards. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and related technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to support web and mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
• Implement security and data protection measures within applications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development guidelines.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve development practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in core Java concepts, object-oriented programming, and data structures.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar relational databases.
• Understanding of software development best practices, including version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to understand business requirements effectively.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
