Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure development and process standard of the development team are meet and align with company strategy.
  • Responsible for the underlying architecture for the software program and control its detailed design of both
  • internal and vendor to be aligned with IT architecture standard of the company.
  • Ensure to deliver output of application development follow with plan.
  • Improve personal skill and knowledge on application development.
  • Follow the development manual for application development
  • Maintain and modify existing application to meet user requirement.
  • Be able to design, develop, debug programs independently and mentor others throughout the development life cycle.
  • Interact with the system analysts and user to gain understanding of the business needs and the requirements for any application requirements
  • Provide design and technical leadership to the team
  • Undertake the assignment jobs to complete as follow the commitment plan

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience leading a Development team.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Good Command verbal and written English skills.
  • Proficient knowledge with Java, PL/SQL - Oracle, Angular, Bootstrap, and Spring, strut2, JSF
