MA-Coding is looking for a Java Backend Developer with extensive knowledge of backend solutions for EAI Integration and Java Backend DevOps Team. We use Azure DevOps technology to manage our development process. Our Team designs, implements, supports and operates on-premise and cloud integration solutions for complex enterprise applications.
In addition to day-to-day development and operation of DevOps tasks, we also take care of maintaining the entire lifecycle of software solutions. This includes performance tuning, troubleshooting, and configuration.
As a member of our Team you will be involved in the design of customer pre-solutions and will support the team to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with technical specifications. You will collaborate with other functions, i.e., ERP, Salesforce, Industry Applications, BW/BI, INFRA and Operations.
Contribute to IT development projects in line with the IT strategy and be the single point of contact (SPOC) for both external and internal teams
Responsible for designing and developing highly available, scalable, secure, distributed Java Backend applications
Technically designs and codes Java / JEE Spring Boot software and web development on a framework basis
Works closely with the development Team Lead & Architect to manage development pipelines
Support project teams with scoping, design, and estimation of projects
Participate in various meetings, able to work with different IT (such as Operations, DBA/Admin) and functional teams to provide input to the design and implementation of middleware solutions
Identify issues and project business requirements and deliver actionable solutions
Owns responsibility for the technical quality of our team’s delivery
Owns responsibility for Continuous Improvement initiatives and works with other technical leads to define and maintain compliance with organizational standards
Coach and mentor Team members
Provides user support during software implementation / hot-fix period
Develop and maintain documentation and ensure quality assurance
University/ College degree in Information Technology/ Engineering.
2+ years of experience in coordinating software development workflows and aligning cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.
4+ years of professional experience in software development with Java/JEE Spring Boot, preferably in an agile environment (development, analysis-design).
Hands-on experience managing CD/CI pipelines (Maven, Azure DevOps).
Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL)
Fluent in English, both verbal and written
Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying improvements

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
Experience in T-SQL and/or PL/SQL.
