We are currently searching for a Java Backend Developer:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement highly scalable, event-driven architectures utilizing Apache Kafka.
• Deploy, manage, and orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes within an Azure cloud environment.
• Design and manage NoSQL database solutions utilizing Mongo DB.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless, automated software delivery.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Proven professional experience in backend software development using Java.
• Hands-on expertise building microservices with Spring Boot.
• Practical experience implementing streaming or messaging systems with Kafka.
• Solid understanding of container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Experience managing non-relational data with Mongo DB.
• Proficiency in establishing and maintaining CI/CD workflows.
• Experience deploying and managing services in Microsoft Azure.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.
