– Senior Java Backend Developer
Role: Senior Java Backend Developer

Location: Across India / Hybrid / Remote (Based on Business Requirements)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and deliver highly scalable, secure, and cloud-native backend applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and modern DevOps practices. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to build enterprise-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop robust RESTful APIs and Microservices following industry best practices.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance backend architectures.
• Build event-driven applications using messaging platforms such as Kafka and JMS.
• Develop and optimize database schemas, queries, and transactions using PostgreSQL, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to gather and refine business requirements.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and code reviews.
• Implement automated unit testing, integration testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them on Kubernetes platforms.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices across the team.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve development productivity and code quality.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) is an added advantage.
