Java Backend Developer with Cramer Experience

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Backend Developer with expertise in Cramer B2 to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. You will also be involved in implementing and optimizing multithreaded applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, as well as experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies like Kubernetes. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java backend services using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  • Implement and optimize multithreaded applications for scalability and performance.
  • Work with Cramer B2 platform to develop and integrate backend solutions.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Java backend development.
  • Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Contribute to the documentation of technical designs and implementation details.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Java backend development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Experience with Cramer B2 platform is mandatory.
  • Experience with multithreading and concurrency concepts.
  • Experience with RESTful API design and development.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies like Kubernetes.
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
