Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Own the end‑to‑end solution design for complex business and technology initiative

• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable and compliant architectures

• Act as the technical authority ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards

• Design solution architectures across applications, integrations, data and infrastructure

• Define target architectures, roadmaps, and transition states

• Collaborate closely with engineering, security, operations, and business stakeholders

• Ensure solutions comply with architecture principles, security, risk and regulatory requirements

• Support delivery teams through design reviews, key technical decisions and governance forums

Skills:

• Proven experience designing enterprise‑scale solutions

• Hands‑on background in software engineering or platform engineering

• Experience working with distributed teams and multiple delivery streams

• Familiarity with cloud‑ready and DevOps‑oriented architectures

• Strong experience in solution and application architecture

• Deep understanding of backend systems, APIs, data, and integration patterns

• Ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, cost and risk

• Excellent stakeholder management and clear architectural communication skills

• Comfortable operating in large, complex, regulated environments
