Ready to take your career to the next level? Leidos is seeking an experienced Intelligence Professional to join us as a JASSM Targeting Analyst at Offutt Air Force Base. In this vital role, you’ll apply your expertise to support the Air Combat Command Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Major Command. You’ll play a critical part in the targeting mission, including completing and maintaining Joint Air-to-Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) Terminal Area Model (TAM) training and contributing to mission success with advanced analysis, modeling, and training activities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Complete and maintain JASSM TAM training (per squadron or advanced curriculums).

  • Build TAM 3D models to support the 363 ISRG targeting enterprise.

  • Use imagery exploitation and downloading tools while working effectively with stereo imagery.

  • Develop and implement training on all subtasks identified by the Government.

  • Manage and oversee JASSM production, including tasking, tracking, and reporting.

  • Apply expertise in JASSM targeting, weaponeering, and modeling processes.

  • Improve and standardize JASSM TAM operations (STANEVAL).

  • Assist in refining and integrating JASSM tasking, production, dissemination workflows, and data product outputs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience (additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

  • Current Top Secret SCI clearance

  • Proven ability to work independently and produce high-visibility deliverables with minimal oversight.

  • Experience with tools such as the modernized integrated database (MIDB), Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT), and National Production Workshop (NPW)

  • Knowledge of AF JASSM missile parameters, Precision Targeting Module (PTM), JASSM Enterprise Management System (JEMS), and weapon system visualization capabilities.

  • Familiarity with NTM imaging systems, tasking procedures, and National Geospatial Agency imagery delivery systems (e.g., NGDS, CIL, NIL, iStore).

  • Strong understanding of Air Force and Joint targeting doctrine as well as intelligence community operations.

  • Excellent presentation, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with JASSM workflow systems, databases, and SOPs, including tools such as Google Earth and On Target

  • Demonstrated knowledge of IC enterprise and Air Force intelligence functions.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
