JASSM Targeting Analyst (Offutt AFB)

We are seeking an Intelligence Professional to support a JASSM Targeting Analyst role at Offutt AFB This position directly supports Air Combat Command’s Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission. You will apply your expertise to complete and maintain Joint Air‑to‑Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) Terminal Area Model (TAM) training and deliver effective instruction across all Government‑directed subtasks.

Note: This is a temporary position with the potential to transition to permanent employment.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Complete and maintain all required JASSM TAM training, following squadron curriculum or advanced external training programs.
  • Build TAM 3D models in support of the 363 ISRG targeting enterprise.
  • Utilize imagery exploitation and downloading tools and applications.
  • Demonstrate the ability to interpret stereo imagery
  • Deliver effective, relevant training on all Government‑identified subtasks.
  • Manage JASSM production tasking, workflow tracking, and reporting.
  • Apply subject‑matter expertise in JASSM targeting, weaponeering, and modeling processes.
  • Leverage Intelligence Community resources and Air Force operational procedures to improve, standardize, and evaluate (STANEVAL) JASSM TAM operations.
  • Support the development, refinement, and integration of JASSM TAM tasking, production, and dissemination workflows; targeting and data product outputs; and operational unit data‑access procedures.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience (additional experience may substitute for a degree).
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Proven ability to work independently and produce high‑visibility products with minimal oversight.
  • Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) and associated tools, including Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT) and National Production Workshop (NPW)
  • Knowledge of JASSM missile parameters, Precision Targeting Module (PTM), JASSM Enterprise Management System (JEMS), and weapon system routing/visualization capabilities.
  • Familiarity with NTM imaging systems, tasking procedures, and NGA imagery delivery platforms (NGDS, CIL, NIL, iStore, etc.).
  • Understanding of JASSM production workflows, databases, and SOPs, including JEMS, On Target, JTT, NPW, and Google Earth.
  • Knowledge of Air Force and Joint targeting doctrine, with a broad understanding of AF intelligence functions and the targeting enterprise.
  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Community (IC) enterprise.
  • Strong presentation, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with imagery exploitation and downloading tools and applications.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
