Location: Joint Base Langley–Eustis (JBLE), VA

Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI

Leidos is seeking an experienced Intelligence Professional to support a high‑visibility JASSM Targeting mission within Air Combat Command’s ISR enterprise. This role offers the opportunity to apply your targeting expertise, strengthen Air Force JASSM capabilities, and directly impact operational readiness across the 363 ISRG.

You will complete and maintain Joint Air‑to‑Surface Standoff Missile (JASSM) Terminal Area Model (TAM) training and deliver expert‑level instruction, production support, and workflow refinement across ANG and Active Duty units. This position is ideal for an analyst who thrives in a fast‑paced mission environment and enjoys shaping enterprise‑level targeting standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Complete and maintain all required JASSM Terminal Area Model (TAM) training in accordance with squadron curriculum and advanced JASSM training requirements.
  • Refine and integrate JASSM TAM tasking, production, and dissemination workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and operational relevance.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and training support to ANG and Active Duty units across the 363 ISRG.
  • Build TAM 3D models supporting the 363 ISRG targeting enterprise.
  • Implement Government‑directed training across all JASSM‑related subtasks.
  • Manage JASSM production, tasking, tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Apply SME knowledge across the 363rd ISR Group on JASSM targeting, weaponization, and modeling processes.
  • Coordinate with Intelligence Community partners and operational Air Force units (Group, Wing, Squadron) to improve, standardize, and evaluate (STANEVAL) JASSM TAM operations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience (additional experience may substitute for degree).
  • Active TS/SCI clearance required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and produce high‑visibility intelligence products with minimal oversight.
  • Experience with MIDB and associated tools, including Joint Targeting Toolbox (JTT) and National Production Workshop (NPW)
  • Knowledge of AF JASSM missile parameters, Precision Targeting Module (PTM), JASSM Enterprise Management System (JEMS), and weapon system routing/visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with NTM imaging systems, tasking procedures, and NGA imagery delivery platforms (NGDS, CIL, NIL, iStore, etc.).
  • Understanding of JASSM production workflows, databases, and SOPs (JEMS, On Target, JTT, NPW, Google Earth).
  • Knowledge of Air Force and Joint targeting doctrine and a broad understanding of AF intelligence functions.
  • Strong analytic, organizational, and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
