
AMHS Software Engineer (Automatic Material Handling System Software Engineer)
Job Description
AMHS Software Engineer is responsible for handling materials in automatic transportation,
to ensure reliability and efficiency control with monitor KPI in the material handling systems.
In additional, need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize auto transferring requirements to create more throughput to benefit wafer manufacturing in Factory.
Job Responsibility
(Immediately after hiring)
• Co-work with Manufacture team to collect production line transfer requirements and constructing a brand-new Automated Material Handling System (AMHS).
• Create and monitor performance KPI of AMHS transportation system for optimization.
• Troubleshoot and manage the performance & reliability of AMHS system.
• Handle system integration for AMHS.
• Manage a team of technicians for on-duty jobs of AMHS system.
• Co-work with different dept. to build up automation of production line and continuous to improve the system performance KPI.
(Scope of change)
There is a reassignment to the work specified by the Company.
Minimum Qualifications
• Master or bachelor’s degrees and above major in computer science (CS), management information system (MIS), transportation management or industrial engineering (IE) field preferred.
• Experience in manage Semiconductor/DRAM/LCD/Robotic field’s transportation system is preferred. Green hands are also welcome.
• Strong skills in Equipment Automation, Data Analysis, SQL with Oracle or MS-SQL , VBA and Web based AP.
• Proficient in at least one of following programming skills, e.g., C#, Java, Python, PHP, and Java script.
• Exhibit good and open communication skills and with the experience in data integration, report creation, and results reporting.
• Communicable in English is preferred
