業務内容
（雇入れ時）
生産装置を用いた条件設定、実験、試作等のサポート。
また新規装置の立ち上げ時はハードウエアの立ち上げ、プロセス条件だしを行う。
装置のトラブル対応や製造装置の稼働率向上などの改善業務を担当する。
1. クリーンルーム内で拡散装置、薄膜装置、リソグラフィー装置、エッチング装置の取扱い
2. タイムリーに生産能力を増強するため、計画に従って新しい装置セットを設置し、確認すること
3. 経験を生かし体系的なアプローチで、装置におこる問題を解決すること
4. 装置の稼働率、利用効率の向上
5. ハードウェアのキャパシティーを増強するため、潜在的な可能性を特定し、追及すること
6. PM後の目視検査（品質管理）の実施

必須要件
1. 高校卒業以上
2. 製造業5年以内エンジニアリング領域での経験がある方
3. コンピュータ及びシステムインターフェースプログラムを操作し、生産情報に関する適切な計算及び分析を実行することができる。
4. 詳細な指示及び手順にしたがい、タスクの実行及び必要な文書管理を完遂することができる。
5. 詳細及び適時性に対して鋭い観察をすることができる。
6. 複数のタスクを同時に行うことができるチームプレーヤーであり、動的で急激に変化する環境の中で努力することができる。
7. 電子工学、電気工学、機械工学、材料科学、化学工学、自動化工学に関連する分野が望ましい。
8. 学習意欲が旺盛で問題解決能力及びコミュニケーション能力に長けていること。
9. 複雑な問題を解決する能力及び根本原因の解決策を提案する強い責任感を有する。
尚可要件
1. 機械工学に関する基本的な知識及び半導体プロセスに関する知識を保有することが望ましい。
2. 装置メンテナンス又は向上に関する経験があることが望ましい。
3. 基礎英語力をお持ちの方は歓迎致します。また、英語を学ぶ意欲のある方を歓迎致します。
就業条件
1. 勤務地 - （雇入れ直後）〒869-1102 熊本県菊池郡菊陽町大字原水4106-1 （変更の範囲）会社の定める場所
2. 就業曜日・時間 - 平日・土日を含め、3日勤務・3日連休のサイクルです。日勤：07:20～19:20、夜勤：19:20～翌7:20
