Our client, the worlds leading air-conditioning company, is engaged in the business of heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration. Globally, they employ over 100,000 talents in factories, research & development facilities, as well as sales and service centers.
With the expansion of their business in Cambodia, they are seeking dedicated, competent, dynamic, and young individuals to join their winning team.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide information related to service strategy, market and competitor trends, economic conditions, internal resources, and overall group direction.
• Collect and report service-related data (e.g., KPIs, sales).
• Monitor and review service processes, identify areas for improvement, and support the service manager in implementing changes.
• Translate materials (e.g., training documents, communications) within deadlines.
• Provide interpretation support during meetings.
• Communicate managers messages clearly in the local language to ensure understanding.

Main Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong translation and interpretation abilities (Japanese N3 level).

• Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong internal and external communication skills.
