Provide information on the direction of the service strategy, the market, competitor trends, economic and market trends, internal resources, and the direction of the Daikin Group.
Aggregate and provide various service data (KPIs, sales).
Monitor, review and keep all service processes up to date. Point out areas for improvement in current processes to the service manager and drive potential changes.
Translate all materials (training, messages) within the deadline.
Provide interpretation support for meetings.
Convey manager's messages in the local language to ensure they are understood.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent translation and interpretation skills (N3 level)
