Job Role:

The Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end UI/UX design initiatives for complex AI-powered B2B SaaS platforms, focusing on building intuitive enterprise experiences, advanced AI interaction models, and scalable design systems. Acting as a strategic design leader, this role is responsible for transforming highly complex legal and business workflows into user-friendly digital experiences while balancing technical feasibility, business objectives, and user satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced product design professional with strong expertise in enterprise SaaS platforms, UX research, Generative AI-driven interfaces, and scalable design systems, capable of leading high-impact product modules in a fast-paced international technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead end-to-end UI/UX design and architecture for major enterprise SaaS product modules.
• 
  Design AI-driven user experiences, advanced search interfaces, and intelligent workflow systems.
• 
  Conduct UX research, usability testing, user interviews, and data-driven design analysis.
• 
  Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver scalable and technically feasible solutions.
• 
  Develop and maintain scalable Figma-based design systems and responsive UI components.
• 
  Support multilingual product localization and cross-platform consistency.
• 
  Utilize AI tools and rapid prototyping methods to accelerate design workflows and product iteration cycles.
• 
  Advocate for design excellence and continuously optimize internal design processes.

Candidate Requirements:

• 
  Bachelor's Degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
• 
  Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or Product Design for Web Services or B2B SaaS products.
• 
  Proven experience leading complex product modules or acting as a Design Lead.
• 
  Advanced proficiency in Figma and scalable design systems development.
• 
  Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, usability testing, and iterative product improvement.
• 
  Experience utilizing Generative AI workflows or designing AI-powered interfaces.
• 
  Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• 
  Professional fluency in English is mandatory; Japanese fluency is required for daily communication.
• Open for Expatriates (Non-Japanese).
