Job Description

Position Japanese speaking Secretary

Location Tsim Sha Tsui

Job Duties

  • Handle general administrative tasks, including expense processing and vendor management.
  • Arrange business travel and accommodations for staff.
  • Conduct research and gather information on local market conditions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Japanese and local companies.
  • Report to and communicate with the head office in Japan.
  • Provide support for business travelers from the head office.

Requirements

  • Good command in English, Mandarin, Native Cantonese. Fluent in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or above),
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Permanent residency in Hong Kong.
  • An interest in Japan (experience working for a Japanese local government or similar organization is a plus).
  • Experience working in a Japanese company is a plus
  • Ability to commit to a long-term position.
