We are looking for a Finance Accountant who is equally comfortable working in Japanese and English to join our client’s finance team. This is a hands-on role at the centre of client’s day-to-day accounting: you will own a defined part of the month-end close, keep the ledgers clean and reconciled, and act as the finance point of contact for our Japanese-language stakeholders — whether that means suppliers, clients, auditors or colleagues in the Japan business. Because much of the source documentation, correspondence and local reporting is in Japanese, native or near-native Japanese is essential to the role rather than a nice-to-have.
Working hours ~09:00 - 18:00 (morning shift)
This opportunity is open only to candidates based in the Philippines

Procurement and finance teams are under increasing pressure to deliver more value, faster, while working with limited capacity and growing operational complexity. From cost control and supplier performance to process efficiency and system adoption, the demand on internal teams continues to rise.
Denova helps organisations close that gap by embedding experienced specialists directly into client teams. We work alongside procurement and finance functions to provide practical support where it is needed most, helping teams move from strategy to execution with pace and confidence.
Our capability spans procurement, source-to-pay, data, analytics, systems, and automation. Whether improving processes, strengthening reporting, supporting transformation, or delivering hands-on operational capacity, Denova brings the expertise needed to solve real business challenges.
Through our CLaaS model, clients can access flexible specialist support without the delays, cost, or commitment of permanent hiring. This gives organisations the ability to scale expertise up or down as priorities change, while keeping delivery moving.
Denova is built around practical execution, integrated teams, and measurable delivery. We do not just advise from the outside. We work as part of the team to help organisations deliver better outcomes, improve performance, and build stronger procurement and finance capability.
