Job Description

Position: Japanese Speaking Customer Service Officer

Industry: Finance / Traveling

Salary: up to HKD 23K/M

To provide customer services at the front desk
Inbound tourism support (including but not limited to hotel, restaurant, operational tour, massage booking)
Support marketing research /promotion strategy
Handle incoming calls and enquiry from customer
Communication with Japan HQ

Requirements:

University graduate or equivalent
Min. 2 years relevant customer service & marketing experience
Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N1)
With stable working history, willing to stay with the company for a long term
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
