Job Role

The Senior Product Designer is a high-impact strategic design role responsible for leading the end-to-end UI/UX architecture of advanced B2B SaaS and AI-driven product ecosystems. Acting as a Design Lead, the role focuses on transforming highly complex legal and enterprise workflows into intuitive, scalable, and elegant user experiences across web-based platforms.

The position requires a strong combination of UX research expertise, design systems mastery, AI product understanding, and cross-functional collaboration capability. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to create next-generation interfaces that balance technical sophistication, business scalability, and exceptional usability.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for major SaaS product modules and enterprise software ecosystems.

  • Design intuitive and scalable interfaces for AI-powered workflows, advanced search systems, analytics dashboards, and enterprise productivity tools.

  • Conduct UX research activities including user interviews, usability testing, workflow analysis, and behavioral insights gathering.

  • Build wireframes, prototypes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity UI concepts for web-based SaaS platforms.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to align user experience strategies with technical and business objectives.

  • Maintain and expand scalable Figma-based design systems to ensure consistency across multilingual product environments.

  • Utilize Generative AI tools and workflows to accelerate design iteration, prototyping, and product experimentation.

  • Analyze post-launch user behavior and continuously improve interfaces through iterative design optimization.

  • Advocate for user-centered product development and contribute to internal design process improvements.

  • Support design quality assurance and mentor junior designers when required.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience designing web services, enterprise platforms, or B2B SaaS products.

  • Proven experience acting as a Design Lead or independently owning complex product modules.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating advanced UI/UX problem-solving capability for digital platforms.

  • High proficiency in Figma, responsive UI systems, component libraries, and scalable design systems.

  • Practical experience working with Generative AI tools, AI-enhanced workflows, or AI-driven interface concepts.

  • Strong understanding of UX research methodologies, usability testing, and iterative product improvement cycles.

  • Experience collaborating within agile product development environments alongside engineers and product teams.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Professional fluency in English is mandatory.

  • Japanese fluency is highly preferred for local collaboration and daily communication.
