We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Japanese Cuisine Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional Japanese cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles, although sushi experience is not required You will be responsible for creating a variety of Japanese dishes, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and taste. The role requires creativity, precision, and a passion for Japanese cuisine. You will work closely with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation, adhering to all health and safety regulations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, excellent knife skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will also be expected to stay updated with the latest culinary trends and continuously strive to improve your skills and knowledge.
