Japan Social Communication Manager
Responsible
・Maximizing social reach and reputation through content generation, management of social media channels, and development of optimum YouTuber and influencer relationships
・Working with influencer agency
・ Data Analysis
・Manage social tools:Sprinkr/TRAACKR etc.
・ Collaborate with Media team to maximize media result with Influencer creative
・ Manage brand social reputation (KPI = Love brand)
・ Check local competition best practices / Check overseas group best practices
・Social content creation
・ Manage our own twitter/TikTok account
・ Maximize PR event reach engaging the social influencers

・ Social Buzz( Share of Engagements /Impressions and EGR)
・Own media Share of Influencer EV
・Maximize Influencer/YouTuber/TikToker reach&EGR
・Influencer creative result

・Brief to YouTuber/Influencer agency

Must Have Aspects 必須項目  
. Minimum 3-5year experience in digital media related job or related company such as Ad agency,digital production company,
. Excellent interpersonal skill, editorial communication skill, presentation skill both in Japanese and business conversational level of English
. Project management skill (strong planning and execution skill)
. Digital Data analysis
. Basic and useful knowledge of the SNS media, up-to-date media trend /social networks/ Consumer trend
. PC & Microsoft Office skills
Preferred Qualification 希望項目 
. Ideally cosmetics background
. Global company experience, with excellent communication ability in both Japanese and English
